"Well, that's very simple, things were done all at once, because it was commissioned by the folk festival of Spielberg on the occasion of the for- or fivehundredth, I don't know, birth- or deathday of Mainerio, who wasn't really a musician, but recognized things in the way of one of the first editors of modern history. So I mixed the music from Mainerio, being the reason why I had got this production, with an other one. From this moment on I collected people, those I knew from Rome, I knew two or three groups of Ancient Music …"
